This is a fairly modest update that adds a few emoji that I’ve been making the past year that is not the massive smiley update that I’ve been talking about on social media for months (You should see this in 2023.12).

Updated packages
WebP 32px has been discontinued and a JPEG XL 128px package has been added.
I’ve been singing its praises before but JPEG XL is the best next-generation image format, with many cool features that make it particularly awesome for image delivery on the web. It’s currently only supported on Apple platforms and some apps like Serif Affinity and Adobe Creative Cloud. The addition of JPEG XL is mostly a supportive thing right now – I hope it gets more support soon!
